Antonia Sears Cert T.A.S.K

Kinesiology Practitioner

Hi, my name is Antonia Sears, I’m a certified Kinesiology Practitioner, having trained at the prestigious TASK (The Academy of Systematic Kinesiology) in London.

As a mother of three, I’m passionate about maintaining my own health and helping others restore theirs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, walking Rosie, our Cockapoo, reading, cooking and practicing yoga.

My Kinesiology Journey

I first discovered Kinesiology while working in London in the fast-paced world of motorsport. My busy schedule and constant travel were taking a toll on my health, particularly my digestion, as I suffered from IBS. A colleague recommended Kinesiology, and after just a few sessions, my body, through muscle testing, was able to reveal nutritional deficiencies, food sensitivities, and emotional stressors that were affecting my well-being. For the first time in years, my IBS symptoms disappeared, and I felt better than I had in a long time.

After moving to Norfolk and starting a family, I found myself dealing with hormonal and digestive issues again, particularly after the birth of my third child. Traditional methods weren’t helping, so I turned to Kinesiology once more. A few sessions later, my hormones were balanced, my resurfacing IBS symptoms were gone, my energy levels had improved, and I felt a greater sense of calm. Understanding the root cause of my symptoms empowered me to make the necessary lifestyle changes to maintain my health.

From Client to Practitioner

Having experienced the transformative effects of Kinesiology firsthand, I was inspired to deepen my understanding of the practice. I completed the TASK Kinesiology Foundation Course, which opened my eyes to the power of the body’s innate ability to heal. Eager to continue my journey, I later qualified as a practitioner.

Today, I am fortunate to spend my days helping clients discover the incredible benefits of Kinesiology. I love witnessing how muscle testing gives the body a voice, allowing us to address imbalances and restore health. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and regularly attend continued professional development (CPD) courses. I also connect with other Kinesiologists to ensure I’m offering the best care to my clients.

If you’d like to experience the healing potential of Kinesiology, I’d love to help you on your journey to better health.
