Kinesiology

What is Systematic Kinesiology?

The US pioneer, Dr George Goodheart discovered that testing muscles can accurately reveal a wealth of information about the health of a patient and the needs of a body.

Systematic Kinesiology is a unique approach to health care and well-being because it addresses the whole person simultaneously. When any one of the aspects of a person outlined below are out of balance, it has a negative effect on all the others. REBALANCING relieves symptoms and restores health and well-being.

By gently testing muscle responses, it is possible to identify imbalances in the body. Muscle testing detects mental stress, nutritional deficiencies and sensitivities, structural issues and energy imbalances. The feedback from muscle testing gives the body a voice and enables the therapist and client to establish the root cause of the symptoms and dis-ease and restore balance.

The brain is in command of the whole body via the spinal cord. Between each vertebra of the neck are holes called the intervertebral foramina (IVF). In systematic kinesiology we have seven ways to REBALANCE the energies that flow through these foramina.

Systematic Kinesiology is a systematic approach to balancing all four realms of a person and can help you achieve an MCPE balance.

MENTAL – A calm mind, a positive attitude, acceptance and freedom from fear,

CHEMICAL – A balanced diet, correct supplements, avoidance of processed food/ preservatives and drug-free.

PHYSICAL – Balanced muscles, a pain free body, regular exercise, strength and restful sleep.

ENERGY – Awareness, energy and balance.

Who is Kinesiology For?

Kinesiology is for everyone. I work with adults and children.

Whether you have emotional, physical or physiological issues, Systematic Kinesiology can help.

What to wear?

The client remains fully clothed during a Kinesiology session. It is advisable to wear comfortable and flexible clothing.

What happens in a treatment?

During your first session your Kinesiologist will take a full medical and lifestyle history and work with your consent, to identify and address your specific individual concerns and areas to focus on. Each session is called a ‘balance’ which means the Kinesiologist will use muscle testing to detect imbalances and a variety of techniques including specific massage points, nutrition, energy reflexes and emotional techniques to help release the blockages and restore ‘balance’ to the whole person.

How many treatments will I need?

A positive effect is often felt after a first session and noticeable changes after 2-3.
